3. Addressing Allegations of Infringement
   Pverv will take immediate action to delete or disable access to the allegedly infringing material after receiving a valid DMCA notification. Additionally, we may ban repeat infringers from the site and contact the person who submitted the content.
4. Notification of Counter-Notification
   If you think that anything was accidentally deactivated or deleted, you can send in a counter-notification with the following information: Your signature, either digital or tangible. identifying the substance that was taken out and where it came from. Declare under penalty of perjury that you believe the item was removed in good faith because it was misidentified or erroneous. Your name, address, phone number, and a declaration acknowledging that your local federal district court has jurisdiction over you.
5. Recurring Violations
   Users who persistently violate copyrights may have their access terminated.
